Who’s Right?

I’ve referred to them as “the 4chan of podcasts” a million or so times. As a disclaimer, because I want to make this perfectly clear, this podcast is not for everyone. If you are easily offended, this isn’t the show for you. But if you’re like me and can spend hours browsing 4chan and Reddit without batting an eye, then you may wanna check them out.

Doug and Anthony are…interesting. They are two self-proclaimed assholes who, according to several of their episodes, don’t care as long as they make themselves laugh. It’s an interesting concept to have a podcast that doesn’t really have any sense of direction. They kind of just talk about random stuff, whatever they find funny at the moment. Topics include news stories with incredibly strange headlines, personal anecdotes from their day to day lives, their opinions on current events, Twitter feuds, and dark humor.

It is one of the most unique podcasts I’ve listened to…ever.

Like I said, Doug and Anthony are self-proclaimed assholes. But they’re also…not that bad. They’ve always been really…kind?…to me, and pretty encouraging when they see I’ve been struggling. They have a messed up sense of humor, but I’d argue that they’re probably good guys. Or maybe the show is just funny. Either way, I like them.

And I’m not the only one. They have over 4,000 followers on Twitter and several five-star reviews on iTunes. They’re a podcast that people from all walks of life listen to, and I’ve never listened to a pod that has made me laugh as hard as these guys do.

Like I said, it really isn’t for everyone. But if you can stomach it, give them a listen. You may be surprised at how much you actually like it (I know I was).

Anthony, Doug – keep doing what you do, guys. Thanks for always being hella cool. You’re doing a damn good job at keeping me laughing, and for that I thank you.
